Cancellation Policy

We value each and every one of our Pawtastic members. To help ensure that we can get everyone on our schedule in a timely manner, we will hold accountability for our time management. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

* Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or no show after 30 minutes of your appointment will automatically result in your account being charged full price for the service. It will be applied to the card on file. If the card fails to go through, we will ask for the payment to be made and a deposit for future appointments.

* Cancelling within 48 hours notice of your appointment will automatically result with your account being charged 50% of the service. It will be applied to the card on file. If the card fails to go through, we will ask for the payment to be made and a deposit for future appointments.

If you need to reschedule, please call as at your earliest convenience. We know life throws you curve balls and we will try to keep true emergencies into consideration. Communication is key!
